Article 34 of Domestic Workers Law

Upon the conclusion of any disputes or disagreements between the domestic worker and the employer, the Domestic Labour Department must issue a clearance certificate to the domestic worker stating that the domestic worker has no rights or claims against: 1 - The employer. 2 - The employment office. A copy of this certificate shall be delivered to each of: 3 - The employer. 4 - The recruitment office. 4 - The domestic worker or the person acting on their behalf.
