Article 44 of Domestic Workers Law

Employees designated by a decision of the Minister of Interior shall have the right to inspect offices and establishments conducting the activity of domestic labour recruitment, examine books and registers, detect violations that become apparent to them during inspection, draw up the necessary reports concerning them, and refer them to the competent authorities to take such action concerning them as they deem appropriate.
