English translation
A licence obtained for the first time shall be granted for a period of one year and may thereafter be renewed annually after submission of the contracts concluded between the office and its counterpart in the countries from which domestic labour is recruited, provided that these contracts concluded between the office and its counterpart in the countries from which domestic labour is recruited, provided that these contracts are authenticated by the Embassy of the State of Kuwait, if any, and approved by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
