English translation
An application to obtain a licence to engage in the activity of recruiting domestic workers shall be submitted to the Domestic Labour Department on the form prepared for that purpose, accompanied by the documents and particulars, and Index of the Law 927 Home Page Domestic Labour Law Law No. 68 of 2015 Concerning Domestic Labour the licence shall be issued by a decision of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior. The licensee may not obtain more than one licence or open other branches of the establishment or office for which he has been licensed.
