When a domestic worker absconds from his employer, the Ministry of Interior shall deport him to his country after recovering the travel expenses, the departure ticket and the amount paid by the employer from the person harbouring him, or from the recruitment office if contact with the harbouring party cannot be established, during the guarantee period.

عند هروب العامل المنزلي من مخدومه تقوم وزارة الداخلية بإبعاده إلى بلده بعد
استيفاء مصاريف السفر وتذكرة المغادرة والمبلغ الذي دفعه صاحب العمل من
الآوى أو من مكتب الاستقدام إذا تعذر التواصل إلى الجهة الآوى وذلك خلال فترة
