English translation
Anyone who violates a suspension or closure order issued pursuant to the provisions of Article (135) of this Law without remedying the violations of which the competent inspector notified him shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than one month and not exceeding six months, and a fine of not less than five hundred dinars and not exceeding two thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقــب بالحبــس مــدة لا تقــل عــن شــهر ولا تجــاوز ســتة أشــهر، وبغرامــة لا تقــل عــن
خمسمائــة دينــار ولا تزيــد على ألفــي دينــار أو بإحــدى هــاتين العقوبــتين، كل مــن يخالــف
أمــر الوقــف أو الغلــق الصــادر عــملا بأحــكام المادة )135( مــن هــذا القانــون دون تلافي
