English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty provided for by any other law, anyone who fails to enable the competent employees designated by the Minister to perform their duties stipulated in Articles (133) and (134) of this Law shall be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dinars and not more than one thousand dinars. The fine shall be doubled in the event of recidivism.

عــدم الإخلال بــأي عقوبــة أشــد ينــص عليهــا أي قانــون آخــر، يعاقب بغرامــة لا تقل عن
خمسمائــة دينــار ولا تزيــد على ألــف دينــار، كل مــن لم يمكــن الموظــفين المختــصين الذيــن
يحددهــم الوزيــر مــن أداء واجباتهــم المنصــوص عليهــا في المادتين )١33( و)١34( مــن
هــذا القانــون.
