Article 149 of Private Sector Labour Law

Law No. 38 of 1964 concerning labour in the private sector is repealed, and workers shall retain all rights that accrued under it before its repeal. All decisions issued in implementation thereof shall remain in force insofar as they do not conflict with the provisions of this Law, pending the issuance of the regulations and decisions necessary for its implementation.
