English translation
A person who has reached the age of fifteen shall have capacity to conclude an employment contract if it is of indefinite duration. If its duration is fixed, it may not exceed a year, until he reaches eighteen years of age.

يكون لمن بلغ سن الخامسة عشرة من العمر أهلية إبرام عقد العمل إذا كان غير
محدد المدة فإن كانت مدته محددة فلا يجوز أن تجاوز السنة وذلك حتى يبلغ الثامنة
