Article 80 of Private Sector Labour Law

Every employer shall maintain for each worker an employment file containing a copy of the work permit, a copy of the employment contract, a copy of the civil identity card, documents evidencing annual and sick leave, overtime hours, work injuries, occupational diseases, penalties imposed on him, the date of termination of service and the reasons for its termination, and a copy of the receipts acknowledging his receipt of any papers and tools he may have deposited with the employer and the experience certificates delivered to him after the end of his employment.
