Article 83 of Private Sector Labour Law

The employer must take all necessary safety precautions to protect workers, machinery, materials handled in the establishment and persons frequenting it against occupational hazards, while providing Law Index 901 Home Page Private Sector Labour Law Law No. 6 of 2010 concerning Labour in the Private Sector the occupational safety and health means necessary for that purpose, regarding which a decision shall be issued by the competent Minister after obtaining the opinion of the concerned entities. The worker may not be charged any expenses, nor may amounts be deducted from his wage, in return for providing him with means of protection.
