Article 85 of Private Sector Labour Law

After obtaining the opinion of the concerned entities, the Minister shall issue a decision specifying the types of activities that are required to provide the equipment and means necessary for the occupational safety and health of workers in establishments, together with the appointment of technicians or specialists to monitor the extent to which the establishment’s occupational safety and health requirements are met. The decision shall specify the qualifications and duties of these technicians and specialists and their training programmes.
