English translation
The employer must take precautions sufficient to protect the worker from health hazards and occupational diseases arising from the performance of work, and must provide first-aid facilities and medical services. The Minister may, after obtaining the opinion of the Ministry of Health, issue decisions regulating the precautions, the schedule of occupational diseases and the industries and work causing them, and the schedule of harmful substances and permissible concentration levels.

الصحية وأمراض المهنة التي تنشأ من مزاولة العمل وأن يوفر وسائل الإسعافات
الأولية والخدمات الطبية.
وللوزير بعد أخذ رأي وزارة الصحة إصدار القرارات التي تنظم الاحتياطات
وجدول أمراض المهنة والصناعات والأعمال المسببة لها وجدول المواد الضارة
