Article 90 of Private Sector Labour Law

If a worker is injured in an accident arising out of or in the course of work, or on the way to or returning from work, the employer shall report the accident immediately upon its occurrence or immediately upon becoming aware of it, as the case may be, to each of: a- The police station within whose jurisdiction the workplace is located. b- The Labour Department within whose jurisdiction the workplace is located. c- The Social Insurance Institution or the insurance company with which the workers are insured against occupational injuries. The worker may make this report if his condition permits, and his representative may also do so.
