Every employer shall periodically provide the competent Ministry with statistics on occupational injury accidents and occupational diseases that have occurred at his establishment. The Minister shall issue a decision specifying the times prescribed for this purpose.

يجب على كل صاحب عمل أن يوافي الوزارة المختصة بإحصائية عن حوادث إصابات
العمل وأمراض المهنة التي وقعت بمنشأته بشكل دوري.
