English translation
A void procedural act may be corrected even after nullity has been invoked, provided that this is done within the time limit prescribed by law for taking the procedural act. The procedural act shall be effective only from the date of its correction.

يجوز تصحيح الإجراء الباطل ولو بعد التمسك بالبطلان، على أن يتم ذلك في
الميعاد المقرر قانوناً لاتخاذ الإجراء. ولا يعتد بالإجراء إلا من تاريخ تصحيحه.Ask about this article
