English translation
Amiri Decree No. 13 of 1959 concerning the Traffic Law and any other provision contrary to this Law shall be repealed. The regulations and decisions currently in force shall remain in force until the issuance of the Executive Regulations of this Law.

يلغى العمل بالمرسوم الأميري رقم ١٣ لسنة ١٩٥٩ بقانون السير وأي حكم آخر
يخالف هذا القانون، ويستمر العمل بالنظم والقرارات المعمول بها حاليا لحين
