English translation
Reports drawn up by members of the police force or recorded on the basis of traffic enforcement or traffic monitoring devices concerning offences committed in violation of the provisions of this Law or the regulations and decisions implementing it shall have evidentiary authority as to the facts contained therein until the contrary is proved.

تكــون للمحــاضر المحــررة مــن أعضــاء قــوة الشرطــة أو التــي تســجل بنــاء على أجهــزة
الضبــط المــروري أو المراقبــة المروريــة في الجرائــم التي تقــع بالمخالفة لأحكام هــذا القانون
