English translation
The Public Prosecution may accept a request for settlement from a person who has committed, for the first time, one of the crimes provided for in this Law, provided that the accused submits the request for settlement to the Public Prosecution and pays an amount of one thousand dinars into the court treasury before the case is referred to the competent court. Acceptance of the settlement shall result in the extinction of the criminal proceedings and all their effects.

يجوز للنيابة العامة قبول طلب الصلح ممن ارتكب للمرة الأولى جريمة من الجرائم
المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون، متى قام المتهم بتقديم طلب الصلح للنيابة العامة
ودفع مبلغ ألف دينار لخزينة المحكمة قبل إحالة الدعوى للمحكمة المختصة،
