English translation
No one may nominate himself in more than one electoral district. If a candidate is found in more than one district, he must withdraw his candidacy in all but one district before nominations close. If he does not withdraw, his candidacy in all districts shall be deemed never to have existed. Every candidate may withdraw his candidacy by a written request submitted to the General Elections Commission at least ten days before the election date. The withdrawal shall be recorded opposite his name in the lists of candidates. The names of the candidates shall also be announced on election day by displaying them at the entrance to the electoral committees in the district.

لا يجوز أن يرشح أحد نفسه في أكثر من دائرة انتخابية، وإذا تبين مرشح في أكثر
من دائرة وجب عليه التنازل عن ترشيح نفسه فيما زاد عن دائرة واحدة قبل
إغلاق باب الترشيح، فإذا لم يتنازل اعتبر ترشيحه في جميع الدوائر كأن لم يكن .
ولكل مرشح أن يتنازل عن الترشيح بطلب كتابي يقدمه إلى المفوضية العامة
للانتخابات، وذلك قبل ميعاد الانتخاب بعشرة أيام على الأقل، ويدون التنازل
أمام اسمه في كشوف المرشحين، كما يعلن يوم الانتخاب عن أسماء المرشحين
