Article 58 of National Assembly Elections Law

A member of the National Assembly may not, during his term of membership, be appointed to the board of directors of a company or participate in undertakings contracted by the Government or public institutions. If a member of the National Assembly accepts a public office, membership on the board of directors of a company, or membership of the Municipal Council, he shall be deemed to have relinquished his membership of the National Assembly from the date of his acceptance of the office or membership on the company's board of directors, or from the date his membership of the Municipal Council becomes final. Nor may he, during his term of membership, purchase or lease any State property, lease or sell any of his property to the State, or exchange it with the State, unless this is through public auction or public tender, or pursuant to the compulsory expropriation system.
