Article 2 of Law Regulating the Installation and Use of Security Cameras

Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 3 of this Law, owners of establishments and those responsible for their management shall install security cameras and surveillance equipment therein and operate them throughout the day, provided that they have a central control room. The competent authority may, in accordance with the requirements of the public interest, oblige any owners and persons responsible for establishments to connect their cameras and surveillance equipment to the equipment of the entity designated by the competent authority.
