Article 8 of Law Regulating the Installation and Use of Security Cameras

Employees appointed by the competent Minister to record the violations provided for in this Law shall have the capacity of judicial enforcement officers. For the purpose of performing their duties, they may enter and inspect establishments, record violations, seize the materials constituting the subject matter of the violation, draw up the necessary reports and refer them to the competent investigating authority.
