English translation
Anyone who violates any of the provisions of Articles 2 and 7 of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine of not less than one thousand dinars and not more than five thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز سنة وبالغرامة التي لا تقل عن ألف دينار ولا تزيد
على خمسة آلاف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من يخالف أيا من أحكام
