English translation
Anyone who violates any of the provisions of Articles 5, 6 and 9 of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine of not less than two thousand dinars and not more than ten thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات وبالغرامة التي لا تقل عن ألفي دينار
ولا تزيد على عشرة آلاف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من يخالف أيا من
