The stages of pre-university education shall be as follows: 1 - The basic and compulsory education stage: it consists of two stages, the primary stage and the intermediate stage. 2 - The secondary education stage (general and parallel). 3 - Another stage may be added in the manner specified by the Executive Regulations.

تكون مراحل التعليم قبل الجامعي على النحو التالي :
١ - مرحلة التعليم الأساسي والإلزامي : وتتكون من مرحلتين المرحلة الابتدائية
والمرحلة المتوسطة .
٢ - مرحلة التعليم الثانوي ( العام والموازي ) .
