Article 50 of Child Rights Law

An employer employing one or more children shall observe the following: 1 - Display, in a conspicuous place at the workplace, a copy containing the provisions included in this Chapter. 2 - Maintain an up-to-date list of the basic particulars relating to each child employed by him, including his name, date of birth, nature of activity, number of working hours, rest periods, and the contents of the certificate establishing his fitness for work, and submit the list to the competent persons upon request. - Notify the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour of the names of the children being employed and the names of the persons entrusted with supervising their work. 4 - Provide accommodation for children separate from adults if the working conditions require them to stay overnight. H - Keep at the workplace the official documents establishing from all children employed by him and their medical fitness, and produce them upon request. The employer shall be responsible for verifying the age of the children employed by him. 6 - Provide all occupational health and safety precautions and train the working children in their use.
