English translation
The competent minister shall issue the Executive Regulations and the decisions necessary to implement the provisions of the accompanying Law within one year from the date it enters into force. The regulations and decisions in effect shall remain effective insofar as they do not conflict with its provisions, until amended or repealed.

يُصدر الوزير المختص اللائحة التنفيذية والقرارات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام القانون
المرافق خلال سنة من تاريخ العمل به، وتظل اللوائح والقرارات المعمول بها نافذة
