English translation
Anyone who prevents the employees provided for in Article 36 from performing their work or withholds any information or records that they request to inspect shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than one month and not more than six months and a fine of not less than one thousand dinars and not more than twenty thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties. يعاقب بالحبس لمدة لا تقل عن شهر ولا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن
ألف دينار ولا تزيد على عشرين ألف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من يحول
دون أداء الموظفين المنصوص عليهم بالمادة ٣٦ لعملهم أو حجب أي معلومات أو
