English translation
Confiscation shall be ordered of the copies that are the subject of the crime or derived therefrom, as well as the equipment and tools used in its commission. The court may order their destruction, except for constructed architectural works, in accordance with environmental requirements, in addition to the penalties prescribed for the crimes mentioned in Articles 43 and 44. Upon conviction, the court may order the closure of the establishment in which the crime was committed for a period not exceeding six months. It may also order withdrawal of the license and permanent closure of the establishment in the event of recidivism. The court may order publication of a summary of the final judgment of conviction in two daily newspapers at the convicted person's expense.

يحكم بمصادرة النسخ محل الجريمة أو المتحصلة منها وكذلك المعدات والأدوات
التي استخدمت في ارتكابها وللمحكمة أن تأمر بإتلافها، فيما عدا الأعمال المعمارية
المشيدة، وفق الاشتراطات البيئية، وذلك فضلاً عن العقوبات المقررة للجرائم
المذكورة في المادتين ٤٣، ٤٤ .
ويجوز للمحكمة عند الحكم بالإدانة أن تحكم بإغلاق المنشأة التي ارتكبت فيها
الجريمة مدة لا تجاوز ستة أشهر، كما يجوز لها الحكم بسحب الترخيص وبغلق
المنشأة نهائياً في حالة العود.
وللمحكمة أن تأمر بنشر ملخص الحكم النهائي الصادر بالإدانة في جريدتين يوميتين
