English translation
The Public Prosecution shall have exclusive authority to investigate, dispose of and prosecute all offences arising from the application of the provisions of this Law. The Criminal Division of the Court of First Instance shall have jurisdiction to hear all criminal actions provided for therein. Its judgments shall be appealed before the Court of Appeal, and judgments issued by the Court of Appeal may be challenged by way of cassation.

تتولى النيابة العامة دون غيرها سلطة التحقيق والتصرف والادعاء في جميع الجرائم
الناشئة عن تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون، وتختص دائرة الجنايات في المحكمة الكلية
بنظر جميع الدعاوى الجزائية المنصوص عليها فيه، وتستأنف أحكامها أمام محكمة
