Interested parties may lodge grievances against decisions refusing deposit, registration and the issuance of certificates thereof in accordance with the rules. In the event of refusal, it must be reasoned and within one month of submission of the application; otherwise, the grievance shall be deemed accepted. Chapter Two: Penalties

الشهادات بذلك وفقاً للقواعد، وفي حالة الرفض يجب أن يكون مسبباً وخلال شهر
