English translation
The holder of the right in a literary, artistic or scientific work subject to the provisions of this Law may deposit copies of the work with the Library at his own expense. This shall constitute a rebuttable presumption of the depositor’s ownership. The Library shall establish a register for the deposit of works subject to the provisions of this Law, and the Executive Regulations shall specify the rules and procedures for such deposit. يجوز لصاحب الحق في المصنف الأدبي أو الفني أو العلمي الخاضع لأحكام هذا
القانون أن يودع على نفقته نسخ من المصنف لدى المكتبة، ويعد ذلك قرينة على
ملكية المودع قابلة لإثبات العكس.
وتنشئ المكتبة سجلاً لإيداع المصنفات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون، وتحدد
