English translation
The General Administration of Customs may, on its own initiative or upon the right holder's request, order, by a reasoned decision, that customs release be withheld for goods constituting an infringement of any of the rights protected pursuant to the provisions of this Law. The request to withhold release shall be submitted to the Director-General of the General Administration of Customs, in the manner regulated by the Executive Regulations of the provisions of this Law.

يجوز للإدارة العامة للجمارك من تلقاء نفسها أو بناء على طلب صاحب الحق أن
تأمر بقرار مسبب بعدم الإفراج الجمركي عن سلع تمثل اعتداء على أحد الحقوق
المحمية وفقاً لأحكام هذا القانون، ويقدم طلب عدم الإفراج إلى مدير عام الإدارة
العامة للجمارك، وذلك على النحو الذي تنظمه اللائحة التنفيذية لأحكام هذا
