English translation
Holders of copyright and related rights and their particular and universal successors may entrust the administration of all rights provided for in this Law and the collection of consideration or compensation for them to associations or companies formed among themselves in accordance with the aforementioned Law on Clubs and Public Benefit Associations and Companies Law. The Chairman of the Council shall issue a licence to conduct the activity of collective management associations or companies. Their operating mechanism, monitoring of their performance, supervision over them and determination of the fees due shall be as specified by the Executive Regulations.

يجوز لأصحاب حق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة والخلفهم الخاص والعام أن يوكلوا
أمر إدارة كافة الحقوق المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون وتحصيل مقابل أو تعويضات
عنها إلى جمعيات أو شركات تؤلف فيما بينهم وفقاً لقانون الأندية وجمعيات النفع
العام، وقانون الشركات المشار إليهما.
ويصدر رئيس المجلس ترخيصاً بمزاولة نشاط جمعيات أو شركات الإدارة الجماعية.
وتكون آلية عملها ومتابعة أدائها والإشراف عليها وتحديد الرسوم المستحقة وفقاً
