Article 43 of Copyright and Related Rights Law

Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed by another law, anyone who, without written permission from the author, the holder of a related right, or their successors, commits any of the following acts shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than six months and not more than two years and a fine of not less than five hundred dinars and not more than fifty thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties: 1 - Infringing any of the moral or economic rights of the author or holder of related rights stipulated in this Law, including making any work available to the public or displaying any work, performance, sound recording, or broadcasting programme covered by the protection prescribed in this Law through computers, information networks, telecommunications networks, or other methods or means. 3 - Selling or renting a work, sound recording, or broadcasting programme protected under the provisions of this Law, or placing it in circulation in any form.
