English translation
The competent Minister or the Minister concerned shall issue the decisions, regulations and rules necessary to implement the provisions of Chapter One of Part Four of this Law. The Director General shall also, after obtaining the approval of the Board of Directors, issue the regulations and decisions necessary to implement this Law, except for Chapter One of Part Four thereof, within one year from the date on which it enters into force.

يصــدر الوزيــر المختــص أو الوزيــر المعنــي القــرارات واللوائــح والأنظمــة اللازمــة لتنفيذ
أحــكام الفصــل الأول مــن البــاب الرابــع مــن هــذا القانــون ، كما يصــدر المديــر العــام بعــد
موافقــة مجلــس الإدارة اللوائــح والقــرارات اللازمــة لتنفيــذ هــذا القانــون عــدا الفصــل
الأول مــن البــاب الرابــع منــه، وذلــك خلال ســنة مــن تاريــخ العمــل بــه.Ask about this article
