English translation
As an exception to the provision of Article 83 of the Penal Code, in applying the provisions of this Law, the death penalty may not be reduced below life imprisonment, nor may life imprisonment be reduced below the maximum term of temporary imprisonment. Nor may an order be made to suspend execution of the punishment or refrain from pronouncing punishment in respect of any of the offences provided for in this Law.

اســتثناء مــن حكــم المادة ٨3 مــن قانــون الجــزاء، لا يجــوز في تطبيــق أحــكام هــذا القانــون
النــزول بعقوبــة الإعــدام عــن عقوبــة الحبــس المؤبــد والنــزول بعقوبــة الحبــس المؤبــد
عــن الحــد الأقصى لعقوبــة الحبــس المؤقــت. كما لا يجــوز الأمــر بوقــف تنفيــذ العقوبــة
أو بالامتنــاع عــن النطــق بالعقــاب بالنســبة لأي مــن الجرائــم المنصــوص عليهــا في هــذا
