Article 10 of Anti-Human Trafficking Law

Any offender who takes the initiative to inform the competent authorities of what he knows about the offence before its execution begins shall be exempt from the penalty provided for in Articles 2, 3 of this Law. The court may grant exemption from the penalty if the report is made after completion of the offence and before the investigation begins. It may also do so if, during the investigation, the offender enables the authorities to arrest the other perpetrators of the offence.
