English translation
Anyone who knows of a plan to commit any of the crimes stipulated in Articles 2 and 3 and does not report it to the competent authorities shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine of not less than one thousand dinars and not more than three thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties. The Court may grant exemption from this penalty if the person who refrained from reporting is the perpetrator's spouse, ascendant, descendant or relative up to the fourth degree.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد عن ثلاث سنوات والغرامة التي لا تقل عن ألف دينار
ولا تزيد على ثلاثة آلاف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من علم بوجود
مشروع لارتكاب جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادتين ٢ و ٣ ولم يبلغ بذلك
السلطات المختصة. ويجوز للمحكمة الإعفاء من هذه العقوبة إذا كان من أمتنع عن
الإبلاغ زوجا للجاني أو من أصوله أو فروعه أو من أقاربه حتى الدرجة الرابعة.Ask about this article
