English translation
Anyone who uses force or threats, offers a gift or benefit of any kind, or promises any such thing, to induce a person to give false testimony or provide incorrect information or data before the investigating authority or the competent court concerning the commission of the offences provided for in this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز خمس سنوات كل من استعمل القوة، أو التهديد، أو
عرض عطية ، أو منفعة من أي نوع أو وعد بشيء من ذلك، لحمل شخص على
الإدلاء بشهادة زور أو الإدلاء بمعلومات أو بيانات غير صحيحة أمام جهة التحقيق
