English translation
Anyone who knowingly conceals one or more persons who committed the crimes stipulated in the two preceding Articles or participated in their commission, or any of their victims, with the intent of evading justice or for any other purpose, and anyone who contributes to concealing traces of the crime, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years. The court may exempt the accused from punishment if the person he concealed is his spouse or one of his ascendants or descendants, provided that the accused is not among those who committed either of the two crimes stipulated in the two preceding Articles or participated in their commission. Anyone who conceals or disposes of anything derived from this crime shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine of not less than one thousand dinars and not more than three thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على خمس سنوات كل من أخفى شخصا أو أكثر من
الذين ارتكبوا الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادتين السابقتين أو اشتركوا في ارتكابها
أو من المجني عليهم فيها بقصد الفرار من وجه العدالة، أو لأي غرض آخر مع
علمه بذلك وكل من ساهم في إخفاء معالم الجريمة. ويجوز للمحكمة إعفاء المتهم
من العقاب إذا كان من أخفاه زوجا له أو أحد أصوله أو فروعه، وبشرط ألا يكون
المتهم ممن ارتكب إحدى الجريمتين المنصوص عليهما في المادتين السابقتين أو شارك
في ارتكابهما. ويعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات والغرامة التي لا تقل
عن ألف دينار ولا تزيد على ثلاثة آلاف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين، كل من
أخفى أو قام بالتصرف في شيء متحصل عـن هـذه الجريمة.Ask about this article
