English translation
In all cases, confiscation shall be ordered of the movable property, means of transport and seized objects that were used or were liable to be used in committing the offences specified in the preceding Articles, as well as the proceeds derived therefrom, without prejudice to the rights of third parties acting in good faith.

يحكم في جميع الأحوال بمصادرة الممتلكات المنقولة ووسائل النقل والأشياء المضبوطة
التي استعملت أو التي كان من شأنها أن تستعمل في ارتكاب الجرائم المبينة في المواد
السابقة وكذلك العائدات المتحصلة منها، وذلك دون الإخلال بحقوق الغير حسن
