Article 14 of Anti-Corruption Law

The President shall issue a decision specifying the employees at the Authority who shall undertake the detection and monitoring of corruption offences, the recording of incidents, acts and violations of financial and administrative corruption, the conduct of preliminary inquiries, the hearing of statements, the collection of evidence and information, the obtaining of related papers and documents, and the preparation of the necessary records in accordance with the provisions of this Law, in preparation for their referral to the competent investigating authority. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette.
