English translation
The State shall compensate the reporting person or his heirs for any material or moral damage he suffers as a result of submitting a report satisfying the conditions set out in Article 38 of this Law. The Executive Regulations shall specify the material and moral incentives that may be granted to the reporting person and the conditions for granting them. Part Six Penalties
