English translation
Whoever violates the provisions of Articles )51, 61, 62, 92, 43 bis( of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine of not less than two thousand dinars and not more than ten thousand dinars, or by either of these two punishments. Whoever violates the provisions of Article 20 of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or a fine of not less than five hundred dinars and not more than three thousand dinars. The provision of this paragraph shall not apply to the spouse, ascendants or descendants.

يعاقــب بالحبــس مــدة لا تزيــد على ثلاث ســنوات وبغرامــة لا تقــل عــن ألفــي دينــار ولا
تزيــد على عشرة آلاف دينــار أو بإحــدى هــاتين العقوبــتين كل مــن يخالــف أحــكام المــواد
)5١،6١،62،٩2، 43 مكــررا( مــن هــذا القانــون. ويعاقــب بالحبــس مــدة لا تزيــد على
ســنة أو بغرامــة لا تقــل عــن خمسمائــة دينــار ولا تزيــد على ثلاثــة آلاف دينــار كل مــن
خالــف أحــكام المادة 2٠ مــن هــذا القانــون . ولا يجــري حكــم هــذه الفقــرة على الــزوج
