English translation
The Authority may settle offences relating to delay in submitting a financial disclosure declaration whenever the required declaration is submitted within the ninety days following expiry of the period within which the declaration was required to be submitted, or following the warning served upon him, as the case may be. Settlement shall be against payment of an amount of 100 dinars.

يجــوز للهيئــة التصالــح في الجرائــم المتعلقــة بالتأخــر في تقديــم إقــرار الذمــة الماليــة متــى تــم
تقديــم الإقــرار المطلــوب خلال التســعين يومــا التاليــة على انقضــاء المــدة اللازمــة لتقديــم
الإقــرار خلالها أو على إنــذاره بحســب الأحــوال.
