English translation
If the person subject to this Law knowingly submits an incomplete or incorrect financial disclosure declaration, or fails to submit a declaration for any person over whom he is a legal guardian, testamentary guardian or curator despite being given notice to submit it, he shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine of not less than three thousand dinars and not exceeding thirty thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties. He may also be sentenced to dismissal from his position.

إذا قدم الخاضع إقرار الذمة المالية ناقصاً أو غير صحيح مع علمه بذلك أو إذا لم
يقدم إقراراً عن أحد الأشخاص الذين يكون ولياً أو وصياً أو قيماً عليهم رغم
إنذاره بتقديمه يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تقل عن
ثلاثة آلاف دينار ولا تزيد على ثلاثين ألف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، ويجوز
