English translation
Every person other than those specified in Articles 47 and 48 who derives a substantial benefit from illicit gain with knowledge thereof shall be punished by half the penalty set out in Article 48 of this Law.

الكسب غير المشروع مع علمه بذلك يعاقب بنصف العقوبة الواردة في المادة ٤٨
