Without prejudice to any more severe penalty, a person reporting corruption offenses shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years if he intentionally provides false data or information, conceals data or information, commits fraud or deception, conceals the truth, or misleads justice. مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد ، يعاقب المبلغ عن جرائم فساد إذا تعمد تقديم
بيانات أو معلومات كاذبة أو أخفى بيانات أو معلومات أو ارتكب غشاً أو تدليساً
أو أخفى الحقيقة أو كان يضلل العدالة بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات ويجوز
